In this episode I welcome guest Debbie Waines, a life coach, grandmother, mom, widow and successful business woman. Debbie has been through "the fire" of life and has come out the other side as an incredible coach. Her life has given her many lessons and although she wears many hats, as a coach she focuses her personal coaching services in areas such as gratitude, life transitions, overcoming loss and navigating grief in a healthy way. Along with health & fitness, and developing SMART goals.

Debbie started her coaching business in 2017 to help others live a life of gratitude and accountability that will help them turn their dreams into reality. She coaches people of all backgrounds on how to make manageable changes in order to sustain the life they desire.
