Show Notes

Time to check in on the playlist of thoughts that you have on repeat!  Those thoughts leave a path for thoughts just like them to follow, over and over.   Are the paths set in place by empowering thoughts or are they the paths of negative thoughts?

In this episode we explore how out thoughts not only leave these paths in our mind, but whey it is important to be aware of them.  We also dive into how we can better curate what thoughts we have on our "mental playlist" to make sure it is truly serving us and not just creating a downward spiral.
