Show Notes

The first week of July marks the halfway point of the year - It's Halftime!  And halftime means we take a moment to reflect back on the first half of the year, acknowledging what has worked well and reevaluating what didn't.  This allows us to make the adjustments and changes where we need to, so we can maximize our potential in the last half of the year.

In this episode I discuss how I use a tool called the Oola Wheel to take a "snapshot" of where I am in my life every December and every July.  Why this practice is important for anyone looking to stay on track with personal and/or professional development & growth. And leveraging S.M.A.R.T. goals when we revisit our goals and how we are going to accomplish them.

Additionally I look at the reality that our life can change; be it circumstances, desires, or we simply have learned more about ourselves and that can cause us to see that goals we previously set are no longer appropriate - so what do you do?
